This clever script can provide a superb alternative to frames when implemented correctly. When using this script you can target a url to a div layer within your page. This script will not require the page to refresh: the target page is inserted into the div layer you specify instantaneously. If the URL you specify is invalid or it returns an error message (400, 404, e.t.c) then a user friendly error message is displayed.
